What is "diginoise"? |
Diginoise is a slang term for the obnoxious clicking noise that is introduced onto audio CDs during improper burning or onto audio data during improper digital extraction. Digital extraction errors, which cause diginoise (aka digital static) can be avoided by using a "secure mode" extraction software for ripping and by turning off buffer underrun correction during burning. |
