I'm having a hard time with upload requirements

I don't upload very often, but I do know how. I'm trying to torrent an uncirculated Roxy Music show. I created all the pieces using Trader's Little Helper, including FLAC conversion, Info.txt and checksum file, then the Torrent file

But on Trader's page, it asks for:

SHNTOOL md5s or Flac fingerprints, NOT Standard md5s (see above about this differences)

This is Chinese for me. Where do I find this info? What step have I missed?

I do have a md5s file, but i can't cut/paste when it opens in Trader's Little Helper.

I'm very confused. Thanks

Re: I'm having a hard time with upload requirements

Drag your folder into TLH, select “create checksum file” and in the drop down menu choose “ffp” (flac fingerprints). Click create then save it as a .ffp in your torrent folder.

You can view a ffp in a .txt file in order to copy/paste into the box on the upload page
