Where to download checksums?

Is there anywhere i can download the checksums? i tried the one suggested in the "checksums demystified" thread (http://thor.prohosting.com/roh0205) but it is not there anymore.

Traders Little Helper is still at that link. Go to the bottom of that page where it says Download and click on the link for the .exe file.
