Ktorrent

i was just wondering if this app plays nice with the tracker its a linux torrent app that ive been using for a while i dont want to get black listed

Hmmm, I don't know. I don't really keep up with reading about all clients. But, if you are still able to see the site, then I guess you haven't been blacklisted.

If you do find you can't see the site for more than a day (we should be bacck up within a day if something 'happens' to the server), then send an email to [email protected] and ask me if it's you or the server. Oh, and let me know your IP if you think it's you so I can check our banned ips.

I've used KTorrent in the past with no problems with the tracker here (or anywhere else, for that matter). Personally, I prefer Azureus, and once I figured out how to get that running properly on Ubuntu I ditched KTorrent, but I don't think you'll have any problems with it.
