ISP peak/off peak, or what? what the...
my download rates cruise nicely from 1am-9am (200kb/sec), then slow to a miserable 1kb/sec for the rest of the day. but this only applies to p2p, as anything I download from the net still maintains a good speed. anything I can do as far as configuration settings? thanks in advance...

this goes for any p2p program, any client, no matter what port i use. i was wondering if anyone could point me out in the right direction, why ftp/http etc goes uneffected while everything else slows to a standstill.
