info needed on recorder

Greetings! I'm in need of advice on a digital Video recorder that i have, I recorded a Black Sabbath show back on 2001-07-30 - the model is a JVC gr-dvm5, The video is Unwatchable, i transferred the audio to an Edirol R09 in 16 bit audio, can i upload this Audio to TTD?
its also an incomplete recording, only first 6 songs were captured.

Your camera records in 16/48k, based on the info I could find.
Ideally, you would demux the audio stream from the video, then edit that as you would any other 16/48 audio recording.
The downsampling in your audio source was done in the transfer to the R-09.

As long as the lineage is properly stated, it would be allowable IMO.
Not really any different than a DAT > CDR > EAC lineage method, maybe actually a step better due to the lack of the EAC extraction.

this the lineage i have:
recording gear : (stealth - as always)
JVC gr-dvm5 digital video recorder =>
Edirol R-09HR @ 16-44 => 16gb SDHC card =>

USB => PC => Goldwave (tracking/fades) =>
Flac Frontend/align sector boundaries/level 8 =>
