uTorrent Upload Question
Hi All
 How do you configure your internet, etc. so you can seed and upload amounts? I can download fast, but it won't seed good. Thank you All

Lots of ISP's throttle upload speeds. Or you might be firewalled (according to this site, anyhow) which can limit your uploading.
