routers b/t and firewalls

what is a good firewall to use with b/t and a router.I just installed panda and i had a hell of a time comfigurein it soi just went wit the windows firewall and i dont know if thats worth a fuck.whats a good security suite for this year.

I use McAfee. It was easy to configue to open ports and allow uTorrent to flow through. No difference of speeds between with the firwewall and without.
