my isp is a small independent company that has a very small customer base. it is a wireless service, meaning that they put on antennae on your roof and broadcast the signal to your house from another larger antennae. since it's so small i am sure that my bandwidth use sticks out alittle bit. i got such horrible customer service from comcast i decided to look for something alittle more homegrown

I'd like to extend thanks too!! I was having same probs using Azureus ...d/load down to 4/5kb/s, follew your simple instructions and immediately...improvement. thanks!!
