I think your best bet is to open each file in a wave editor and manually remove the gaps.

the only way to do it right is manually in a WAV editor. the entire show should be joined before you start (esp important when the gaps are directly on the transitions), gaps edited out and checked carefully by ear and also in spectral view for a "pop" (visible as a "red post" where the edit was made). then the show has to be re-cut without SBEs.
