Whats That One DVD Program For MAC?

To rip and compress and such.... I think it was dvd2onex or something like that

Yes.

It can be "acquired" if you look hard enough.

Sometimes people download a DVD9 and they don't have a dual layer burner and they want to view it on their TV. So, compress and burn and watch it on your TV, however, one should not then trade that copy. The DVD9 files should be burned as data and then those files can be traded.
