help! playback issues

I downloaded a torrent from you guys and i am haveing lots of trouble figureing out how to play the files, they are all in .bup .vob .ifo and .MD5 files.

Any help?

Software needed?

VLC from videolan.org will play those video files. There are also other players in the Software section of the FAQ (in the menu bar).
