Icon4 Lineage issue?

I want to seed the following show, but I'm thinking there will be a problem.
Pink Floyd
The Brighton Dome
Brighton, England
1972-01-20

A(0)->HiFi VHS->DAT(2)->SHN

The problem is the files to be shared are in flac format, claim to be from a cassette source, and I see no conversion in the lineage line. Am I looking for trouble seeding this?

Re: Lineage issue?

I've been looking around and this looks like this is the best source. Seems to have been converted from SHN to FLAC without that being added to the lineage. Direct SHN>FLAC conversions are very secure, I always verify mine and it has never failed once, so it is not an issue.

Is this the version you have? (check "pf_72-01-20.ffp.txt" which should be included):

Re: Lineage issue?

a bit more digging, I think this is it (now inactive):
Code:
http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/showthread.php?t=4060
if the ffp above is the same, please go ahead and seed it, and when you do check the "reseed" box and paste the link above in.

edit: the guy who did the HiFi>DAT transfer personally also posted in there with more lineage details. Seems this is the ultimate version.

Thumbs up Re: Lineage issue?

FIVE, thanks...my ffp files match those that you posted. I'm taking your post to mean I have your implicit permission to UL this. I will search the old thread, and add what new info I can from the previous .txt file. This will take a bit as I'm having issues with the Syd Barrett torrent, so if I need to do anything else, I have some time....thank you again.
