Recommend me a DVD Burner

I've been having problems with my current burner and would like some help picking out a new one. I would like an external. Links would be much appreciated.

I'm also looking at getting a new drive - in my case an internal, capable of writing dual layer dvd. I found this article pretty interesting:

Plextor PX-760A Dual-Layer DVD Burner Review

The author considers a 100 bucks to be high, but for some reason, I don't. Look at the technology your getting for just a $100. My first hard drive I spent $400 for 40-frigging-megabytes! And was glad to have it!
