Question Need Tech Help

Help. I'm new to burning DVDs and I'm trying to use ImgBurn.
When I try to add a file to burn to disc "Video_TS" turns to "Video_TS.IFO" and I get a warning message about ISO files being for burning an image not video. I don't want to burn an image but a video. how do i sort this.
Any help appreciated.
