I am guessing the MD5's came along with the rest of the files when you completed the d/l. If you did not get ffp's or ST5's then you will have generate them yourself (at least that's what I do). You might be able to verify any these against another database if the artist or the show is widely documented.
I have Windows (pc), so I use Trader's Little helper to create/ test checksums & fingerprints. You can get it here Have fun
