Problem burning dual layered DVDs
I've been using ConvertXtoDVD using dual layered DVDs. And the DVDs won't play on any of my DVD Players. What am I doing wrong?

Re: Problem burning dual layered DVDs
Not all players will play dual layer dvds. My sony will, my panasonic won't.

Re: Problem burning dual layered DVDs
Unfortunately DL DVD is very picky about how it's burned and not nearly as compatible as normal SL discs. Verbatim DVD+R DL discs are the best for quality and compatibility. Also try using ImgBurn to burn your VIDEO_TS folder to DVD. Check videohelp.com for guides using ImgBurn.

Re: Problem burning dual layered DVDs
i burn with Toast no problem, but i have to shut down all other programs, reboot, and then burn
i had a lot of issues with the last batch of Ritex discs, switched to Verbatim's and they've been fine...also, check you drive's firmware and update for better compatibility No members have liked this post.
