Donald Rumsfeld briefed the President this morning.
he told Bush that Three Brazilian soldiers were killed in Iraq.
To everyone's amazement, all of the color ran from Bush's face, then he collapsed onto his desk, head in hands, visibly shaken, almost whimpering. Finally, he composed himself and asked Rumsfeld: "Just exactly how many is a brazillion?"

I don't know what contract have you signed with your ISP, but I think they limit P2P.

Re: can anyone help with Azureus Settings?

25 Mbps doesn't mean that you can use it equally for up/download. Every IP divides it at least by half, and most common setting is much lower upload speed than download. IP may limit additionally P2P traffic - check your contract.

From the report, I think that you may have max. 1536 kbps upload speed, and 23.8 Mbps for download. Looks like it's a cable TV provider with option to download movies. Am I right?

Re: can anyone help with Azureus Settings?

I saw that you've uploaded a torrent that had many leechers on dime (100+).
Well if you reached that speed (266 kB/s) on a torrent that had so many leechers it means that's the most you can upload.
