Question Can we seed inactive torrents?

Hi,

Just wondering if we can seed inactive torrents that we have in our possession?

righteouscat was kind enough to provide me with a couple of Smashing Pumpkins boots that are no longer active. He said something about not being able to re-seed them himself, so I was wondering if there was some way that I can do it?

The two in question are "Mayonaise Dream"

and "Drown"

http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/...ayonaise+dream

Let me know how I can seed these beauties because I'm sure there are some people that will enjoy them!

Thanks

Re: Can we seed inactive torrents?

If the show is in the Inactive Torrent Forum, then just just need to reupload the torrent file using our upload page. For audio torrents, that is here - http://www.thetradersden.org/forums/upload.php?f=12

Re: Can we seed inactive torrents?

While we're on the note of inactive torrents, is there a way it could display the # of people who downloaded the torrent? There's a few I'd like to know out of curiousity...

Re: Can we seed inactive torrents?

that would be cool, yes... when making inactive, can the stats be copied into a post, maybe? something like that?

Re: Can we seed inactive torrents?

It displays the number of people who download the show in the upper left corner above the post date:

I only started doing that a couple of years ago, so if it was moved to Inactive before that, then that stat won't be there.

Re: Can we seed inactive torrents?

Ok, I *think* I got this working... this is my first publish so it took a little messing around.

Can someone try it to let me know? I'll seed the other one if this works.

Thanks
